Kansas Speedway Family Ministry Tent at Richmond Campground – UPDATE

The following is the schedule of activities for the Spring Race Weekend (May 8-11).  This schedule will be posted on the speedway’s website and distributed via the “camper’s corner” electronic document.  The camper’s corner is sent to everyone that is camping at the speedway (regardless of which campground they are in).

All KCARM activities and services are provided free of charge

FRIDAY – 6:30 am – coffee & donuts.  11am-4pm – Drop in for some hot wheels derby track practice runs along with games & activities available for the whole family.  Water, snacks, fresh popcorn, and hotdogs will also be provided.

SATURDAY – 6:30 am – coffee & donuts.  8:30am – Pancake breakfast – while supplies last – get ’em while they’re hot!  1:00pm – The BIG event of the day is the Hot Wheels Derby.  Hot dogs, fresh popcorn, water, and soda provided.  Top 3 awards, and prizes for all participants.

SUNDAY – 6:30 am – coffee & donuts. 9:00am – Biscuits & Gravy Fellowship: with scripture readings and testimonies about God’s amazing love and work in our lives.

If your are interested in being involved in any way during the weekend, the website will have forms for signups as we get closer to the date.  In the meantime, look over the schedule to see what sticks out to you.  We will also need help with setup (Thursday) and teardown (Sunday).
