The spring races at Kansas Speedway include 3 national series:  ARCA Menards Series (Friday), NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (Saturday), NASCAR Cup Series (Sunday).  Our opportunity to serve the fans and campers will be when there’s no on-track activities promoted by the speedway.  Each morning we will provide free coffee and donuts at the ministry tent located at the entrance to Richmond Campground, across from the tram stop and shower trailers.  This will be our center of operations for the weekend.  In addition to the coffee and donuts, we will have a special breakfasts on both Saturday and Sunday morning starting at 9:00am.  These will include hot breakfast items along with a variety of breakfast beverages.  Sunday’s breakfast will also include a time of fellowship, testimonial sharing, and scripture reading.  One of the main family activities will be the Hot Wheels Derby.  This drag race style derby offers fun for the whole family as they compete for prizes while being served popcorn, hot dogs, and soda.

As you can see, we are going to need some volunteers.  That is where you come in.  Stay tuned for details on volunteer sign-ups, complete with dates and times.  We look forward to serving along side you as we share God’s love with the fans at Kansas Speedway.
